Mic not working on zoom hp laptop
My entire staff of 10 use the same HP Pavilion laptop. No one, myself included, is able to get the internal microphone to work when using the Zoom application. How do we remedy this? Have you tried with Skype app? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? What is the product number of your device? And, also try this workaround: Open Control Panel. Open the Hardware and Sound setting. Open the Sound setting. Select the Recording tab and double-click your microphone you have selected as the default recording device. Only on Zoom, when testing my microphone, there is no recording to play back. Did all the diagnosis on the laptop with no apparent issues. Any help would be appreciated Same here. Have spent an entire day with Zoom help and HP chat help to no avail. HP laptop is 6 months old.
